At Twinkle Teas, we offer a wonderful selection of infant, girls, & boys clothing from around the world in our specialty store; Twinkle Tots Children's Boutique. We have many wonderful designers such as JM Originals, Little Mass, Biscotti, Sweet Potatoes, Cach Cach, Mona Lisa Boutique, Baby Boo, Princess Linens, Spudz, Wes & Willy, Sara Sara, Sister Sam, Corky & Co., and much much more!

We have a wonderful line of children's dress-up costumes for infants, boys and girls too! Looking for the perfect princess or knight costumes, we offer the best in the world! Top of the line dress-up costumes can all be found in one location, so if you are looking for Puppet Workshop, A Wish Come True, Rubies, Secrets, Fairytale Fashions, or any other specialty brand of costume, we carry it! Our Return Policy:

Twinkle Teas & Tots will be happy to issue an in-store credit or exchange on any returned goods (less shipping cost) if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt with original tags for any reason. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns of personalized items, dress-up costumes, swimwear, or any special occasion items. Please call first at (630) 588-9898 or email us prior to any return authorizations. Not responsible for any lost items.

Pre-Order Return Policy:

Pre-orders are advance purchases on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Pre-ordered items are purchased especially for you. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is taken for each item. The balance of your order is charged at the time we ship to you. This deposit is to hold this item for you when it comes in.

We do our best to guarantee all pre-order items. However, if an item is not made or we never received it from the company you will be reimbursed your 25% deposit in full. If you cancel or return a pre-order your deposit is non-refundable. Pre-orders are extra merchandise purchased specifically for you!! Thank you for your understanding.

Types of Payments:
We accept cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks, or credit cards (Visa & Mastercard). There will be a 10 day holding period for all personal checks. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable paying via the internet, please feel free to call the store directly to pay by phone. We are available for phone orders at (630) 588-9898 CST Monday through Friday 11am until 5pm, Saturday 10am until 5pm, & Sunday 11am until 3pm.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail- our standard items are generally shipped out within a week of the order date and should arrive 3-4 days once shipped out. For personalized items, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.

Shipping & handling charges are FREE for any purchase that is over $100.00. All orders under $75.00 are subject to the shipping & handling schedule below:

$50-$74 / $8.95
$75-$99 / $9.95
$100 & over FREE

Sales Tax:

There is a 7.25% sales tax for Illinois residents; for orders shipped outside of Illinois there is no sales tax.

The Registry Baby Shower/Birthday wish list. Register for your child's birthday gifts or baby shower on-line or in the store and receive a gift certificate from Twinkle Teas or Tots in the amount of 15% of total dollars spent from your registry. For example, your guest spend $50 on your registered items and you get a gift certificate for $7.50; $100 spent you get $15, and the more they spend, the more you get back.

DISCLAIMER: All prices are subject to change without notice. Twinkle Teas is proudly licensed by the DuPage County Health Department. Our goal is to provide a clean and fun atmosphere for all. Make sure to ask all party places if they hold the proper license to serve your children by their local health authority. No outside food or drinks allowed. 15% gratuity will be applied to all parties with guests of 10 or more. All gratuities are greatly appreciated.
